The East Hants Senior Games are open to men and women 55 or better who line in East Hants or belong to an East Hants Senior Group. The games provide an excellent opportunity to meet people in a friendly, competitive setting. The games run from April 20 until mid May and are played at venues throughout East Hants. There is a closing ceremony on May 23 at 10:30 a.m. at the Enfield Fire Hall with entertainment, lunch and awards presentation. This ceremony is open to all seniors and is free.

The cost to play in the games is only $2 per event, plus lane fees for bowling ($9) and green fees for golf ($35 for non members). Registration forms for the 27th annual Seniors Games are now available at all East Hants medical, dental and eye clinics, pharmacies, legions as well as The Weekly Press office, and Enfield Fire Department at Monday and Thursday night bingos.
