A New Lens on Aging

A New Lens on Aging is a photo campaign designed to reduce the stigma around aging and change how people think about getting older. We look for photo submissions from older adults and organizations that support older adults, that highlight aging well in communities across Nova Scotia. Photos may be used on our website, social media and promotional materials.

This year, our theme is Volunteerism. In response to what we heard through our Community Connections research project (What We Heard Report 2023), we want to highlight the positive aspects of volunteering and showcase older adults actively contributing to their communities through volunteerism!

Each submission automatically enters you into a draw to win 1 of 4 $50 gift cards!

The deadline to submit photos for the draw is Sunday, September 15th at 11:59 PM Atlantic Time.
