Community Links supports Aging Well Together Coalitions across Nova Scotia. Coalition members include agencies and individuals who are interested in making communities more age-friendly and in promoting healthy ageing, with an emphasis on physical activity and other factors that help prevent falls. Coalition members include senior safety programs, VON, community physiotherapists and occupational therapists, Municipal Recreation, Red Cross, public libraries, and individual senior volunteers. All interested community members are welcome.
Community Links employs Regional Coordinators to support coalitions in their work. To get involved with a coalition in your region contact the Regional Coordinator responsible for your area.
